Privacy Policy

We only ask for what is needed to build a line and reply to you. Nothing on this site requires an account, and there is no field anywhere that asks for payment card details.

• Subscription form: full name, email address, WhatsApp or phone number, your country, the country channels you want, subscription length, number of connections, your adult-content preference, whether the line is new or a renewal, the existing username if you are renewing, and any optional notes you add.
• Free trial form: full name, email address, WhatsApp or phone number, your country, the country channels you want, your adult-content preference, the device you will watch on, and any optional notes.
• Contact form: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, your country, a subject and your message.

When you submit one of the three forms, we record a small amount of technical context alongside it. This is used to spot automated abuse, to reproduce faults you report, and to match a payment to the right request. It is recorded only at the moment you submit a form — simply reading a page does not collect any of it.

• IP address, taken from the connection your browser makes.
• Browser and user agent string, and the operating system and device type we read from it.
• Screen size, browser window size and pixel ratio, as reported by the page.
• Time zone and your local time, so we know when it is reasonable to call you.
• Browser language and the language header sent with the request.
• Referring page and the page you submitted from.
• Timestamp of the submission.

We do not use canvas, font, audio or any other browser fingerprinting, we do not assign you a tracking identifier, and we run no analytics or advertising trackers on this site.

When a form is submitted, the IP address may be checked against a public IP-intelligence service (ip-api.com) and against the Tor Project's published list of exit nodes. That check returns an approximate location, the network operator, and whether the address is a known proxy, datacentre or Tor exit.

We use it for one reason: fraud and abuse screening on orders. The check is optional in the code and fails open — if the service is unavailable the result is simply recorded as “Unknown” and your submission goes through exactly as normal. Your IP address is sent to that service only for this lookup; no other data about you is shared with it.

• To create, activate, renew or troubleshoot your TereaTV line.
• To reply to you by email, WhatsApp or live chat.
• To send you a confirmation copy of what you submitted.
• To screen submissions for automated abuse and fraud.
• To keep a record of what was agreed, in case of a dispute.

We do not sell, rent or trade your data, we do not build advertising profiles, and we do not add you to a marketing list because you asked a question.

TereaTV sets no advertising or analytics cookies. The site itself stores exactly one value in your browser's local storage, tereatv-theme, which remembers whether you chose light or dark mode. It never leaves your device and we cannot read it.

Our live chat provider (see section 07) sets its own cookies so that a conversation survives a page reload. Blocking those cookies disables the chat widget but leaves the rest of the site working normally.

• Tawk.to provides the live chat widget. If you open a chat, the message you type and the technical details Tawk.to collects are processed on their servers under their own privacy policy.
• WhatsApp is linked from the chat button and the footer. Following that link opens a conversation with us inside WhatsApp, which is operated by Meta under its own terms. We only see the messages you send us there.
• Google (Gmail SMTP) carries the email we send and receive, so the content of your form submission passes through Google's mail infrastructure.
• ip-api.com and the Tor Project exit list are used for the check described in section 04.
• Google Fonts supplies the two typefaces, which are downloaded and served from our own domain at build time — your browser makes no request to Google to render this page.

• Form submissions and the emails they generate stay in our support inbox for as long as we have an active relationship with you, and for up to 24 months after your last line expires, so a returning customer can be recognised and a dispute can be resolved.
• Technical information lives inside those same notification emails and is deleted with them.
• Rate-limiting counts are held in server memory for a matter of minutes and are never written to disk.

You can ask us to delete your records sooner — see the next section.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to receive it in a portable form. You may also withdraw consent at any time.

Email contact.provideriptv@gmail.com with the address or phone number you used, and we will act within 30 days. If you are in the UK or the EU and you are not satisfied with our answer, you may complain to your national data protection authority.

The site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions are validated on the server as well as in your browser, are rate limited by IP address, and carry a hidden anti-spam field. Mail credentials and the internal support address live only in server-side environment variables — they are never included in any page, script or API response sent to your browser.

No system is perfect. If you believe your data has been exposed, tell us immediately at contact.provideriptv@gmail.com.

TereaTV is not intended for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, contact us and we will remove it.

If we change how the site handles data, we update this page and move the revision date at the top. Material changes will also be mentioned on the contact page. Continuing to use TereaTV after a change means you accept the updated policy.
