Terms of Service
What TereaTV provides, what it does not, how payment and renewal work, and how either side can bring the arrangement to an end.
Last updated 28 August 2026
01. The agreement
These terms govern your use of tereatv4k.com and any TereaTV line activated through it. By submitting an order, requesting a trial or using a line we provide, you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the service.
02. What the service is
TereaTV provides access to streaming media over your own internet connection, together with the credentials and support needed to set it up on a device you already own.
TereaTV is not a broadcaster. We do not produce, own, record, host or transmit television channels, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any broadcaster, network, league or rights holder whose name may appear in a catalogue. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
03. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. You are responsible for making sure that using a service of this kind is lawful where you live; local law is your responsibility, not ours.
04. Plans, payment and renewal
- Prices are those published on the pricing page, in US dollars, and cover one term paid in advance.
- Nothing renews automatically. We do not store card details and there is no recurring charge. When a term ends, the line stops until you choose to renew.
- A line is activated once payment has cleared. Until then, no line exists and no service is owed.
- Renewals made through the subscribe page extend the same line and keep your existing username.
05. Connections and fair use
One connection permits one simultaneous stream. A line may hold up to 5 connections, and every connection sees the same catalogue.
Your credentials are for your household. Reselling them, sharing them publicly, or running more simultaneous streams than you paid for may result in the line being suspended without refund.
06. Free trials
Trials are offered once per household, at our discretion, and carry the full catalogue so that what you test is what you would buy. A trial creates no obligation on either side: it simply expires, and we may decline or end one that appears to be abused.
07. Availability and quality
We target 99.9% uptime and run load-balanced servers with automatic failover, but no streaming service can promise perfection. Channel line-ups change without notice when broadcasters change theirs, and stream quality depends on your own connection, your hardware and your local network.
A specific channel appearing in the catalogue today is not a guarantee that it will be carried tomorrow. If a channel you rely on disappears, tell us — we will look for a replacement source.
08. Your responsibilities
- Keep your username and password to yourself.
- Give accurate contact details, so we can reach you about your line.
- Provide your own internet connection and compatible hardware.
- Do not attempt to resell, redistribute, rebroadcast or reverse engineer the service.
- Do not use the service for anything unlawful in your jurisdiction.
09. Refunds
The free trial exists so that you can test the service before paying, and we ask everyone to use it. Once a paid line is activated, the subscription is generally non-refundable.
If a line cannot be made to work on your device and our support team cannot resolve it, contact us within 24 hours of activation and we will either fix it, replace the line, or refund the unused portion at our discretion. Refunds are not given for a change of mind, for a broadcaster removing a channel, or for problems caused by your own connection or hardware.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end a line that breaches these terms, that is used fraudulently, or that is the subject of a payment dispute. You may stop using the service at any time; because nothing recurs, that simply means not renewing.
11. Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, TereaTV is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for missed programming, or for any loss arising from your own connection, hardware or third-party software. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the current term. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
12. Copyright
We respect copyright and act on properly formed notices. If you are a rights holder, our process is set out in full on the DMCA page.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service changes. The revision date at the top always reflects the current version, and continuing to use TereaTV after a change means you accept it. Terms in force when you paid continue to govern that term.
14. Contacting us
Questions about these terms go to contact.provideriptv@gmail.com, or use the contact page. We answer every message.
